About Kelly Martin

Born and raised in Central Texas, Kelly Martin launched her real estate career in 2007 when she joined Moreland Properties as the listing manager for the EMGroup. Since then, she has leveraged her deep local roots and insider knowledge of Austin and its surrounding communities to guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in some of the city’s most sought-after properties.

As a founding member of the Fifth & West Residences sales team, Kelly played a key role in the complete sellout of the 39-story luxury tower. She and her business partner, Jessica Yates, went on to form Martin-Yates, a powerhouse partnership specializing in high-end properties in Downtown Austin and Westlake.

With over a decade of personal and professional experience living and investing in downtown, Kelly brings unmatched insight into the lifestyle and amenities that define central Austin. Whether helping a buyer discover their perfect home, securing top value for a seller, or guiding investors through a strategic purchase, she brings a thoughtful, highly personalized approach to every transaction. Her vivacious energy, professionalism, and relentless drive consistently set her apart.

Now residing in Westlake with her husband and two children, Kelly remains deeply connected to the community she serves.
