REALTOR®Carolyn Vogel knows land and water and conservation. An experienced land and ranch real estate agent working with Moreland Properties' Land and Ranch Division, her long-time expertise includes all facets of buyer and seller transactions, conservation easements, estate planning, and historic preservation. Graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Parks and Recreation, Carolyn enjoyed a 31-year career with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
With deep roots and property ownership in Stonewall, Gillespie County, Texas where her extended family continues a farming-ranching operation established in the 1840s, Carolyn currently resides in Dripping Springs. To better serve her clients, she has offices in both Dripping Springs and Lakeway.
