I have known Wendy since she began working in the real estate world. Because she takes such an interest in the people she works with, twice she has found me the house of my dreams before it even went on the market, which gave me an enormous advantage in being able to buy the house. And even after the sale, she is there to shepherd you through the whole process (not to mention actually helping me move some stuff). Wendy can take care of the whole process from stem to stern, arranging for financing, getting all the documents together, and arranging to have people to help spruce up the place if needed before you move in. If you are looking for perfection, you shouldn’t look any further than Wendy. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

She even supplied us with recommendations for inspectors, plumbers, electricians etc. Once we found our home, she began the process of marketing our current home. She was extremely helpful in helping us prepare the house for the market. Wendy had great, realistic advice on pricing and ideas to make the home more presentable. She designed an amazing brochure and set up a realtor tour for local agents and scheduled an Open House right away. We were concerned the house may not sell quickly because of the current housing market, but much to our delight it sold within a week. We would (and have) highly recommend Wendy as a buyer and/or seller representative. She is a true professional.
