Jim Hardie provides personal and professional counseling to land owners in the marketing and sale of their properties and to buyers in their property search and negotiations. Jim is a native of Central Texas and longtime Austin resident with extensive knowledge of the Austin area and surrounding counties, southwest and west including western Travis, Hays, Blanco, Burnet, and Williamson. His land transactions include recreational ranches and waterfronts, residential country estates, and commercial/residential investment and development acreages.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Texas and enjoyed a career in high tech corporate marketing and sales prior to beginning his real estate land brokering activities. His network of land brokers and investors reaches locally, nationally and internationally. He is a member in national and local land brokers associations, multiple listing services, and subscribes to premium land advertising services.
