She started her career in the competitive Memorial area of Houston, worked there many years and earned her Broker's license as well as other designations. In late 1993, Eunice moved to the Austin/Lakeway area and joined Moreland Properties in January 1994. A tennis and boating enthusiast, she continues to reside in Lakeway and enjoys working in this great community.
